The Archewell Foundation Accepts Partnership Award from Frontline Refugee Organization

The Human First Coalition, who have helped save the lives of thousands of people fleeing the Taliban, presented The Archewell Foundation with their Partner Organization Award for “advocacy on behalf of and financial support for at-risk Afghans as well as military veterans who served in Afghanistan.” An early funder of their work, The Archewell Foundation saw both their determination and resourcefulness, and knew that an investment in this organization would have massive impact. This has proven to be true over the past year, as The Foundation’s investment has made it possible for Human First to rescue Afghans who are most at-risk, reunite young children with their parents, and set up networks to bring access to education for young girls. The Foundation remains in deep gratitude for the partnership with Human First, whose mission has helped hundreds of families since last year.

Human First continues to provide food, shelter, medical care, and disaster relief on the ground as well as to pilot initiatives aimed at providing educational opportunities for girls above grade six and to bolster stateside advocacy for Afghans in need.
